How do I change my shipping address for my order?

Use the contact form on this page and select change delivery address from the department drop down. You will need to provide proof of your billing address. 

When can I expect my item to arrive?

Do you guarantee all your products

Yes we guarantee all products from structural defects and manufacturing faults for 1 years we cannot cover fabric damage, spills and staining as these are misuse of product.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

In the event of a refund you will always be contacted via email to confirm that the action has been processed. From the date of the email received the funds should then appear back into the account of the card used to purchase within 7-10 working days. Please be aware this can vary depending on your card provider.
